Essential technologies
Essential storage is used to remember your privacy choices, maintain authorized staff login sessions, protect staff publishing tools, and preserve limited interface settings. These technologies are necessary for requested features and cannot be switched off through our preference tool, although your browser may allow you to remove them.
Optional audience measurement
If you accept optional audience measurement, CFB Weekly stores a random browser identifier named cfbw-viewer-key. A session marker prevents repeatedly counting the same article view during one browser session. We record the article, time, and limited referring-page information to understand readership. This is first-party measurement and is not used for behavioral advertising.
Third-party services
Web fonts are delivered by Google and may cause your browser to contact Google when pages load. Social links take you to Instagram or TikTok only when clicked; we do not embed their advertising pixels on this site. Those providers apply their own privacy and cookie terms.
Your controls
You may reject optional measurement without losing access to articles. Changing a choice applies going forward; rejecting optional measurement also removes CFB Weekly’s random viewer identifier from this browser. Browser settings may let you block or delete storage, but doing so can affect login or preference features.
